The TCS Network addresses the needs of our customers through a creative process that involves close cooperation between the sales offices (Technical Customer Service), the mills (Technical Service managers) and the R&D Centre. Knowledge and perspectives are shared. Paper properties and operations are analysed and discussed. With this 360-degree view, the optimum technical solution can be devised and implemented.
