Brown liner
Whether your priority is maximum strength, excellent printability, strict environmental credentials or cost/quality optimisation, SCA Containerboard has the ideal brown liner for every application.
During manufacturing SCA Containerboard brown liners undergo continual online measurements. Laboratory tests verify that each reel conforms to specifications. Our customers are thus assured of superior strength and runability, fewer defects and failures, less stoppage, and reduced waste.
Advanced monitoring and years of experience ensure the surface combines the right roughness, coverage and formation. This improves the quality of all subsequent surface treatments, including printing on presentation liners.

All SCA Containerboard medium products are made from 100% recycled fibre. This offers not only a cost advantage to our customers, but also the ideal choice for applications where sustainability and environmental considerations are priorities.
Long experience and extensive knowledge in dealing with recovered fibre lie behind SCA Containerboard medium products. Fibre preparation lines include advanced screening and washing steps to ensure high quality feed.
To suit every application, a wide range of SCA Containerboard medium grades are available, including two flagship products: SCA Herculight and SCA Medium HP.
