SCA Containerboard has specialized Technical Customer Service (TCS) Managers in each of its sales regions.  These representatives can help you with process improvement, board grade optimisation and performance packaging – up to end-user applications.

Our TCS Managers work in close cooperation with the Technical Service (TS) Managers in our production mills and with the SCA R&D Centre to troubleshoot issues for our customers and their end users.
